Saturday Assessments

Can't get in during the week? Saturday appointments are aviable in Cherry Hill!

For those needing them, Saturday morning appointments are available for Clinical Assessments at The Counseling Center at Cherry Hill. Saturday appointments can be scheduled between 9:00 am and 12:00 noon

A clinical assessment is required for all treatment programs at The Counseling Center, so it is best to schedule your assessment as soon as you can. It doesn't take long, and the baseline clinical evaluation is used to determine the best approach for your particular situation.

Saturday appointments make it possible for those with busy work schedules, school requirements, or priority home requirements to come in for an assessment during off hours. It is also a quieter time at The Counseling Center, which means it is more private, and some may find it easier to drive in, to park, or make the assessment just one of many errands taken care of during the weekend.

IDRC assessments are available any time assessments can be scheduled. Be sure to call to make an appointment, so that we can properly accommodate your needs.

Getting Started
with a Clinical Assessment

The Counseling Center at Cherry Hill is an outpatient addiction treatment center for adults and adolescents seeking treatment for addiction, alcoholism, and co-occurring disorders associated with addiction and substance use. The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) combines evidence-based, state of the art treatment with 12 Step principles. The IOP is an intense, focused experience designed to enable sober and productive living.

IOP may be recommended for individuals who do not require medically supervised detoxification, and who live within driving distance of the center, and for individuals who have recently completed residential treatment (rehab) and are in the early stages of recovery.

Eligibility for the IOP is based on a clinical assessment. Treatment is individualized, and full information on program options, costs, and schedules will be available after assessment.
